Description
Organic Fertilizer Granulator has these functions:
Mixing:All products which can be fluidized e.g. powder, granules, extrudates, pellets etc. are homogeneously mixed in the Jinggong DPL fluid bed process unit. By the special process air flow (horizontal , radial and tangential ) the mixing behaving is particularly good.
Drying:All products which can be fluidized up to every residual moisture physically possible.
Granulation
Powdery products. By spraying of binders nearly every requested granules can be produced.
Application
1. Organic Fertilizer Granulator Mutifunctional Fluid Bed Coater combines several advanced technologies for a number of different grain coating and coloring applications.
2. Finished products can have porous properties or form into compact balls.
3. The granulating process is performed in an enclosed chamber with negative pressure, making it suitable for medicine or other applications with strict environment requirements.
